Stepping upTaking on a broader scope or leading a team for the first timeHow do you come to feel legitimate?
Decision-makingDeciding quickly and well, in an increasingly complex environmentHow do you make the call?

Finding the right posture

When

Managing emotionsReactions that damage working relationships: tension, conflict, losing temperHow do you approach moments of tension with serenity?
Priorities and workloadStruggling to prioritize, delegate or manage the workload, at the expense of the managerial roleHow do you focus on what matters most?
Change managementTrouble accepting or leading a transformation: resistance, tension, defensive behaviorHow do you embrace the evolution of your role?

How

My approach is based on cognitive behavioral methods, constructivism and Stoic philosophy: separating what is within your control, questioning your own reasoning, and moving to action.

Each engagement starts from concrete cases to produce observable change, working on five dimensions: listening, understanding, communication, self-assertion and delegation.
